Whee! I just voted for JC on TRL by phone for the first time! I've voted online before, but I almost always at work when the phone voting is going on and I've never thought to write it down.

It was a lot easier than I thought to get through. Everyone should try it. I got through three times in a row. Hurray for JC. Here's how to do it:

Call 1-800-342-5688 at noon Pacific, 2 PM Central, 3 PM Eastern.

Press 2 to vote by song title.
Press 2-5-6 for B-L-O.
Press 1 to choose JC rather than Korn. Wait for the confirmation, then do it again (3 votes per day, per phone)!

Info thanks to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and, of course, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com].

And I finally listened to JC's Kiss interview from 1/17. How cute is he?! Out of all the guys, he's always been the one who most strikes me as cute. :)

EDIT: Dude, I was at that Vegas show. I know how hot it was. I can't believe they even got out there and danced like that. And how cute that he doesn't know about the gossip re: Tara and him.

EDIT 2: I had to make a cute icon. Cute in italics. Always. Because . . . yes.
So, I didn't go to work today. And I slept in. Again. Which was awesome. However, I have managed to be productive for the last three or four hours.

I typed up cover letters and printed resumes for four jobs I saw in the paper. *crosses fingers* I even got them mailed and faxed.

Dude, I tried to go to the Beaverton post office, which is on Scholls Ferry, right by Raleigh Hills Fred Meyer, according to portland.citysearch.com. Psh. When I finally gave up and went to The Letterbox, they told me that post office hasn't been theer for about seven years. So much for the internet, eh?

Along with the resumes, I mailed tapes to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] (R, did you know that I don't know your last name? Odd, that.), [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], plus money to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]. I felt very accomplished after that. And significantly poorer. Dudes, the post office is way cheaper.

I went to see my 82-year-old grandma after that, to thank her for my birthday card and money. I got a gentle reminder that I need to pick a career and get to it. Also got an assignment to put this song *points to music* on a tape for her. She saw Michelle Kwan skating to it and didn't know who was singing.

About 30 seconds of internet research (okay, I guess it's good for something) later, I had it figured out. Of course, she's one of my dad's favorite singers, so he already had the CD. He's totally obsessed with Eva Cassidy. And it's good, yo.

But now I feel sick again. Very heavy head and lots of coughing. I don't want to work tomorrow, but I don't want them to have to cover me like they did today. It took four different people to cover my shift, one of whom is in maintenance and another who's in administration. But I haven't called in sick since October. I will not feel guilty.
Oh yeah. And, if the Celebrity Weddings show hasn't come on in your area yet (NBC, 8pm EST), Chris and Lance only show up in the last 20 minutes.

So, you know, don't sacrifice the first 40 minutes of your American Idol time. ;)

And, supposedly Lance sings in Spanish? I know I'm looking forward to it.
Okay. The little cartoon guy on the new Cribcrashers commercial? Bears a striking resemblance to Justin Timberlake.

Oh, and we have the same remote control as Jack Osbourne.
